30-Min Turkey Chili Recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes. I wanted to try something healthy! I have been doing this dish for many years. This dish is also great for leftovers. It's always good to incorporate it with rice or corn bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Jenni-O Ground Turkey
Medium yellow onion (diced)
Medium can of tomato sauce
Medium can of diced tomatoes
Medium can of red kidney beans (remove liquid)
1 TB of chili powder
1 TB of cumin
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

1. In a medium sauce pan, add 1 TB of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Dice onion and on high heat cook with ground turkey.
3. Once turkey is fully cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Bring chili to boil, then lower heat to low and simmer for 20 min. The longer you simmer, the thicker the chili. Depending on your preference. Enjoy!!!!
